The Challenge

With five locations scattered across Central Florida, the client expressed the need for support with growing number of monthly new hires and required monthly meetings at each location. Participation in HSA and wellness plans were extremely low. There was a strong need to increase employee understanding of wellness initiatives. Group meetings were a severe pain point for each of the five locations and management needed an alternative to group meetings at open enrollment.

The Solution

Enrollment Alliance implemented a proprietary software and service dedicated to supporting HR with direct contact to each employee as they are hired. The enrollment team focused on HSA education and assisted each employee with download of wellness app on their personal device. Enrollment Alliance coordinated with department managers to virtually staff enrollment meetings at each location to enroll employee without disrupting workflow.

The Results

New hire enrollment increased from 40% of employees in 2021 to 97% of employees in 2022. HR saved hundreds of hours in time chasing down employees. Participation in HSA medical plans increased from 55 to 190 participants and 77% of employees downloaded wellness app. Group meetings were eliminated completely and based on blind surveys, employees better understood all benefits after one-on-one consultation.
