We got our start in the insurance world and know firsthand how inefficient and stressful benefits enrollment can be. From executives who are only looking at the bottom dollar to stuffy, stale-donut meetings that don’t motivate employee engagement, we knew there had to be a better way to do it.
Now it’s all we think about. We’re obsessed with making benefits enrollment a simple, easy experience. Not just for HR, but for employees, brokers, and carriers, too. How do we do it?
