Primary Job Functions
• Customer Communication: compose & return emails to clients, answer phone calls, etc
• Customer Service: handling billing, claims, and administrative issues for policy holders
• Scheduling: maintaining online calendars for appointments with our clients
• Appointment Preparation: creating & preparing presentation materials
• Presentation Follow Up: collecting forms and data, generating reports, etc

Secondary Job Functions
• Manage email marketing (coordination of timing, drafting they copy, etc)
• Manage social media posts (posting current events within our company)
• Manage simple website updates (adding photos, updating text, etc)
